MSRBA Family Picnic & Workshop

Thanks to the efforts of our Workshop Committee, MSRBA will be hosting a special learning event on June 27, 2009 . Enjoy a day of fun with your rabbit family at scenic Camp Frances in Charlotte . This facility and cabin is nestled among the trees of Veterans Memorial Park on South Cochran Ave. (about 1 block south of the Eaton County Fairgrounds) and is part of a 117 acre city park. Plenty of room for playing games and educational activities. Chairs & tables will be provided or you can bring your own comfortable lawn chair – just like at a rabbit show.

Registration begins at 9:00 AM with the first 3 seminars beginning at 10:00 AM . – another 3 seminars will begin at 11:00 AM . Additional seminars will be offered in the afternoon as well as kid & adult games. Presenters include: Bob Bolyard, John Soper, Darrell Howe, Karl Ehnis Jr., Helena Hickerson – more to be added. A modest fee of $3.00 per person will be charged to cover the cost of lunch. Please see our flyer for additional details of the seminars.

It has been nearly 20 years since the MSRBA hosted an event like this. We are committed to the objects of our association: Elevate, Stimulate, Encourage and Develop the Rabbit Industry. I hope that you will mark your calendars and plan to attend this wonderful educational activity.
